Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security to your account with two-factor authentication (2FA). When enabled, you'll need to enter a verification code from your authenticator app each time you sign in.

Enabling 2FA

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Download an authenticator app if you don't have one:
  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  5. Enter the 6-digit verification code to confirm
Why enable 2FA?

Even if your password is compromised, attackers can't access your account without the code from your phone. Learn more about 2FA

Trusted Devices

When signing in with 2FA, you can choose to trust a device for 7 days. During this period, you won't need to enter a verification code on that specific device.

To trust a device, check "Don't ask for a code on this device for 7 days" when entering your verification code during sign-in.

Disabling 2FA

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Disable 2FA
  3. Enter a verification code from your authenticator app to confirm
Lost your phone?

If you lose access to your authenticator app, use your recovery security code to regain access to your account. Contact support if you've lost both.
